Nice that your letting people know about the importance of drafting a customized resume cover letter.Hardly few people understands the need to attach cover letter with their resume.
The primary purpose of your cover letter, when combined with your resume, is to get an interview. Its like a marketing tool to convince the employer to take the time to look at your resume.so by writing such a piece of article will definetly help people know more about cover letters.

Hi Sudan,

I had always made my resume on Word. But now that I know how to convert to a PDF document (from making eBooks) I will do that. Never really thought of that until reading your post.

Thanks! I have always been a great fan of Zappos. Tony doesn’t only speaks about culture like other author do, he sets an example on it too. If i get a chance i shall have a visit to Zappos and check how they are going to “WOW” me. If you get, pay a visit. They won’t disappoint you either.

Krishna: I agree that we need to find balance over here. I am not against technology, after all life has been 10-20 years ahead with it. But somehow i have got a feeling that we are spending more time in front of screen than what is required. Here screen includes from mobile, to TV to Laptops.
